Strategic sourcing, contract and supplier management for complex IT environments and public-sector organisations.

01 / Expertise

One clear line across the entire sourcing lifecycle.

Strategy, contract and collaboration belong together. Aquizzit connects the choices made before going to market with the reality after signature.

01

Strategic Sourcing

From market strategy to controlled execution.

  • Sourcing strategy and market engagement
  • European tenders and selection procedures
  • Negotiation, transition and exit
02

Contract Management

Clear agreements. Manageable obligations.

  • Change, risk and compliance
  • Implementation and contractual governance
03

Deliver together. Improve continuously. Create value.

  • Performance and relationship management
  • Escalation, recovery and negotiation
  • Collaboration and continuous improvement
02 / Approach

From complex challenge to effective governance.

No standard model imposed on the organisation. First define what truly needs to work — then shape the direction, agreements and governance around it.

01

Clarify the challenge

We bring interests, risks, dependencies and intended value together. We start with the real challenge, not with the contract.

02

Set direction

A well-founded sourcing and market strategy aligned with the organisation, its technology and its governance context.

03

Design the agreements

Selection, dialogue and contracting become one coherent process: legally robust and workable in practice.

04

Govern value

The real work starts after signature: implementation, measurement, adjustment and keeping the collaboration productive.

03 / Results

A strong contract is not the finish line.
It is a governance instrument.

01

Governable decisions

Decisions informed by the market, cost, risk, feasibility and dependencies.

02

A stronger contract position

Agreements that make accountability explicit and can accommodate change.

03

Productive collaboration

Supplier relationships where performance can be addressed openly and improvement becomes systematic.

Why Aquizzit

Specialist where others stay broad.

01

Senior and personal

Work directly with the professional who analyses, negotiates and leads the engagement.

02

From strategy to performance

One consistent line from market choices and contracting through implementation and supplier governance.

03

At home in complex IT

Technology, law, procurement and governance interests are handled as one connected whole.

04

Independent judgement

The client’s challenge leads — not a methodology, platform or supplier interest.

Insights / FAQ

Frequently asked questions about IT sourcing.

Concise answers to questions that often arise before a sourcing strategy, tender or supplier intervention.

01What is strategic sourcing for IT?

Strategic sourcing connects organisational objectives to deliberate choices about the market, suppliers, contract models and governance. It goes beyond procurement by designing risk, dependencies, transition and future collaboration from the outset.

02When does external sourcing leadership add value?

During a complex IT tender, outsourcing initiative, contract extension, transition or stalled supplier relationship. Independent leadership creates clarity, accelerates decisions and makes interests and responsibilities explicit.

03What is the difference between contract and supplier management?

Contract management focuses on agreements, obligations, change, risk and performance. Supplier management takes a broader view of the relationship, collaboration, escalation and shared value. In practice, the two disciplines reinforce one another.

04Does Aquizzit support European IT tenders?

Yes. Aquizzit supports public-sector organisations with sourcing strategy, market consultation, tendering, competitive dialogue, negotiation, contracting and preparation for implementation and transition.

05Can Aquizzit remain involved after contract signature?

Yes. The move from contract to delivery is decisive. Aquizzit can support implementation, governance, KPIs, change processes, supplier reviews and continuous improvement.
